My car is still at the service department in Akron. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning at 8 AM. At 4 PM I had not heard anything so I called and was told my car wouldn't be ready until Thursday morning. At 12 noon on Thursday I received a call that my car was ready. I was there around 2:30 to pick up my car. Robert wasn't at the desk so another service associate helped me. When I asked about what was wrong with my radio/map display he was unable to find anything on the service statement that it was checked. We went to the car, and the problem was still happening. The service associate informed me that the wrong thing was checked. He called a tech and I was told there was an update for this problem and it would take around 30 minutes. I waited so I could get my car. Approximately 45 minutes later the service associate and Robert came to tell me I need a whole new radio. They also told me I would hear from them Friday. Here it is, Friday at 7:19 PM and I never heard anything from Lexus. I'm not happy.
