I recently came in AZ an emergency aqueeze-in due to a nail in my 2021 RX which I drive for work. Not only did they get me in... I'd loke to comment on how comfy and well-appointed the temporary digs are while they remodel. When a ramp for older folks... someone paid attention to detail. Same snacks !! Often linch for busy execs. Lastly ... it'd loke family... all the changes but Norm and Rob still there ! Lastly .... last year Shab and Kari sold me thr Wheel... and Tire plan. As discussed it. .. they were spot on... new tech is expensive. I highly rec it .... lwxus stood behind it 100% no hassle whatsoever. GM couldn't have been nicer. Keep up the good work Akron Canton Lexus

Had my car for 3 days and nothing was ever done with it. No one called to let me know. I had to call 4 times to find out that they never scheduled the work.
When confronted everyone passed the buck.
A simple phone call could have made the whole situation from escalating.
Poor management and customer service.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional.My new puppy wiggled out of this collar and your intake person Josh and another mechanic helped me get him,they were all so very accommodating.Ronnie in the lounge office allowed Louie and Lucie to visit her.Peter your GM cane to visit and loved on my dogs,and I had known him from my previous car purchase there,and it was like seeing an old friend,,,so nice.Thanks for another great experience.
