I waited over 3 hours for a simple tire swap that I have been performed for the last 4 years. It seems as though the techicians totally forgot about my vehicle as customers arriving after I arrived all left prior to my snow tires being mounted. This was a first, since my normal wait was previously between 1.25 hrs to 1.50 hrs.
