I had been very happy with the first wheel alignment on the NX200t that you had to subsequently correct a few months ago. The first job was very poor work and I thought it was just an excuse to build the ticket. It even caused some uneven tire wear.
I then had an oil change and that was ok.
Today I am back to 100% very happy with the Akron Canton Lexus dealership. I was not aware that you had someone to repair cosmetic scratches on wheel rims. Overall it was a very good visit. Your people there went out of their way to help. You have done a very good job of working around the construction.
I did stop in to see Ruth my sales person just to say hello. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit that accomplished the mission.
