Robbie, my service representative was pleasant and professional. I was, however disappointed about the various diagnostic charges for example for the low tire warning alert and to check the suspension system. I don’t recall Lexus charging to check why the low tire alert comes on. I don’t mind paying for worn parts, etc., but this as well as diagnostic charges appears excessive and duplicative. Thank you.
