I observed a phone call Nikolas was having with a very unhappy customer. He was stellar. Calm, patient empathized and validated the customers feelings. He came up with options the customer could choose and agreed on a plan to rectify the oversight (if there was one). Impressive!

When I bought the car the past fall the sticker said, Brand new tires !, after less than 10,000 miles and my first service you said the tires wore worn too bad to rotate and need replaced. I still have the sticker that says this. Please follow up.
