I was very impressed with Pryce, service technician from the beginning until the end of my first initial experience at Akron-Canton Lexus. He kept me well informed through texts on what was happening with my vehicle. I had a $30 coupon offer that I attempted to use today, but had it denied as it expired on Friday 12/15. I had attempted to schedule two weeks sooner, first open date was 12/18. My services totaled in excess of $500 today, but had the coupon denied. Disappointing on the part of Akron Canton Lexus to deny the coupon, Pryce had addressed with others in the office. So why send the offers if they will not be honored?
