I was quite disappointed that when a nail was found in my tire, the initial response that my warranty covered a new tire was then withdrawn. After I expressed my concerns that were supposed to be taken to management, there was no resolution. (They did plug the tire) The front line guy (Zerrick) seemed powerless and, therefore, a manager should’ve come out of his office (I saw him sitting there by himself) to address the issue. I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership. I expected a more cordial and supportive experience. What should’ve taken an hour took three. Warranty was not honored because it was 1 day past the 2 year mark. Something should have been done for me. Quite disappointing.
