The technology specialist was not available despite making arrangements ahead of time. All representatives were courteous, prompt and polite otherwise. The cost for rotating tires and topping off fluid levels was a bit much at $112 only to tell me my tires are worn out after just 15,000 miles and less than a year old.

The gentleman who assisted me was not personable at all, didn’t even greet me, and made me wait for a loaner car because he said it was out of gas, and would arrive within 5 minutes. After waiting a half hour in the waiting room by the fireplace I finally went back in and asked him if the loaner vehicle was ready, he explained to me that he forgot and would put me in a different vehicle. When picking up my RX350 today, he once again didn’t greet me, ask if I had any questions and down right acted like he was doing me a favor and seemed disgusted. This is my first time bringing my vehicle in for service, and just on how I was treated makes me seriously considering to trade in this RX350 and go back to Kempthorn Motors and get back in a Mercedes.
