Appreciate the service. I do not appreciate the scam of 20k, 30k, 40k maintenance where hundreds of dollars are charged, to check/inspect and nothing more than an oil change or tire rotation is completed. It’s actually a little ridiculous because whether I get wipers or an oil change your perform a “free” multi-inspection where you tell me things I should do. I guess Lexus is essentially trying to separate their customers into 2 buckets, smart and stupid. This is my third Lexus, great car, great service, just question the ethics

The service itself was ok. However the person who drive my car home overshot our 12 foot wide driveway and went into our yard which obviously at this time of year is muddy and the whole passenger side of the car is a muddy mess including the inside door jam on the passenger door!!!

With me, no longer having a warranty for my regular oil, changes and maintenance. I have chosen to come to Lexus because of its exceptional customer service. I have worked with Nicholas before, but today he answered all of my questions with Grace and kindness and honesty I was very Appreciative of his help today . I look forward to working with him again on getting my new tires. Also the gentleman that helped me find the proper door to come in. Terrible service department. Not forthright or honest. Lexus certified warranty is a joke. Managers were no help at all. I will post on every social media outlet l can. I hope this helps to show this dealer should not receive any kind of awards. Not helpful in the least.

I was charged for a tire rotation and I had new tires put on my car just 2 weeks ago and didn’t need that rotation done. My daughter called and spoke with Pryce about this. I’m 88 years old and when I was called about approving services I didn’t think about the tires. I have been a customer for years and feel that an adjustment should have been made to my bill. The prices for services there are exceedingly high compared to other service providers. I’m now not wanting to return there for future service.

Please, no more surveys and no more adds/requests to trade in my car. The weekly emails, snail mails and texts are over the top and just annoying. If I want another car I will contact you, maybe . . . Since I’m so frustrated with the hard presell from Lexus. And . . . If you want my opinion in the future—offer me something tangible—like a free car wash or tire rotation or oil change, “thanks” aren’t enough for my time/patience.
