The staff was over the top friendly when I brought car in. But that changed when I declined their $4600.00 quote for unnecessary multiple repairs. $758.00 alternator which was fixed by my mechanic for $308.19 at Juves Auto. I was actually strongly considering trading my accord for a new Honda, but after my experience at Right Honda, I will not buy another Honda, which is sad because I used to be a loyal Honda owner.
