The service took almost three hours. You did not charge us for the oil change which w was the was appreciated. My wife was also pulled aside by Mario from sales to try and get us to trade in our car. Completely unimpressed by that move. We don't need to come to you for service. If we are hassled by sales again we won't come back for service.

I’m not complaining but the first thing I noticed is that the car was dirty. It was noticeably when the lot attendant pulled my car around. I asked if you washed it and he said yes. He said he could take it back and re do it. But who has time to sit around and wait for that. Also when I was driving the rear window had wipes marks from each side. I could see where they dried the rear window cause the center was left untouched. I know it’s a complimentary car wash but if your going to do and offer it do it right. That’s all. Thanks.
