I felt minimized and disrespected. When I picked up the vehicle Tj wasnt there and first guy was less than polite when I questioned the bill. I went back in to ask for discarded key fob and they acted like I was crazy. I dont feel I was treated well at all.

After checking the oil life 'usage" wrench app at home, it was still at 30%; it had not been re-set by the technician. I figured out how to do it, but as the manual states, not re-setting it can lead to serious problems in the future. I'm glad I checked it.
Also, it has been a long time since having a car serviced at a dealer that the car was not returned "washed". Most services done cost $$$; returning the car a little better than it was when it arrived, in other words "clean" leaves a lasting impression.

Chris did not greet me promptly - I had to sit in my car for at least 5 minutes waiting for him even though no one else was there. I received a text about my service but he didn’t come out once and talk with me- I just got a text saying it was done even though I wanted more items to be addressed that were on the service report. I had to go out to find him to ask him to please have the air filters changed. I seemed like a big inconvenience to him. It was really off putting
