My maintenance service with Ken Lewis was. I the most thorough, professional and informative customer service I have had in the maintenance department since | bought my 2021 CRV hybrid. I felt that he was really interested in me in my car and making sure that I was satisfied with everything and answer all of my guestions without any rush or hesitation.!
