My rep Chris was very helpful. This is not a reflection of him. The issue was the appointment itself which took over 3 hours when it should’ve been 60-90 minutes for a camera calibration. Having the current waiting area under construction didn’t help. I’m hoping you get the renovations done quickly because even as a long time customer, I’m having second thoughts about servicing my vehicle at Right Honda now. Been there 2 times in 1 month and it’s been rough.

I wouldn’t say “excellent “ there wasn’t an option for choosing “ok” wasn’t bad service but, when I ask how long it’ll be and I’m quoted 40 minutes or less yet It took an hour? Gets irritating.
