This Monday, my drivers side window fell off the track of my 2012 Civic and I came in for a quote for a new regulator. I was amazed with being quoted $310 or possibly $385 for a repair that can be fixed in one hour (quoted by an outside Honda mechanic) and also only cost $94 for the regulator and $120 of one hours labor. When I turned down the service yesterday I mentioned the rainy weather and how I would just accept crashwrap instead so my interior wouldn’t be ruined. The service writer replied with “Okay. Just give me a few minutes and I’ll pull the car up.” 10 minutes later it’s brought up without any kind of weather-blocker attempt. I asked Why it wasn’t wrapped only to be told that he “couldn’t do anything.” I know I wasn’t a paying customer this past trip, but that’s no way to treat a customer. Especially after already giving false confidence in blocking out possible water damage . I’ve worked in dealerships for many years and I have to say, an experience like yesterday’s makes me positive that I will not return to Right Honda. Arrowhead Honda has a much friendlier and faster-paced service department, and I will continue to give them my business every time.

I was in for a scheduled oil change. During inspection the found a bubble on the front driver side tire. Chris in an abrupt way told me the tire replacement would not be covered as the tire brand (Yokohama) was not installed by Honda. He stated, "We didn't install those tires so the tire won't be replaced by us. I looked it up, we dont install Yokohamas. You bought them somewhere else." I retorted, " I bought the car 3-months ago and I drove off this lot with those exact tires." Needless to say, I was pissed that had to go to Big-O tires and spend $241.00 to replace the faulty tire that came with the car I bought from your dealership. I expect to be reimbursed for my expense and/or have all 4 tires replaced with tires of a brand "you install." I can go to Showcase Honda if I want **** service like I received from Chris.

Dan left early but didn’t tell me when he left a message that my car was ready. And I was on hold several times trying to get ahold of him or service dept. Ended up having to scramble to get a ride to get back to dealership by 6 as I did not feel comfortable giving credit card info by phone. Had to request that someone else in service review what was done for my car. This was 30,000 mile service, not just an oil change. So lots was checked and changed and I wanted to be informed. Disappointing

OIL CHANGE GOTTA SAY THE FASTEST ONE I EVER HAD. WHICH IS FANTAST8C FOR BUSY PEOPLE LIKE ME. IM ADMITTEDLY A TOUGH CUSTOMER N HARD TO PLEASE. BUT I AM HONEST. SO WHEN I SAY GREAT SPEED ON THE CHANGE I HAVE TO GIVE IT YOU GREAT SPEED.
TWO NEGS: I DID WAIT ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE ASKED ME IF I WAS BEING HELPED.
2ND: WHEN ASKED IF I WANTED TIRES ROTATED I REPLIED YES FOR FREE RIGHT? I ASSUMED FREE CZ I HAD A COUPON FROM ANOTHER DEALER THAT WAS FREE. CHRIS RESPONDED 19.95, I WAS SHOCKED AND SHOWED CHRIS THE COUPON AT WHICH POINT HE SAID OK OIL CHANGE N ROTATE FOR $40. I SAID NO. IF THE OTHER DEALER COULD DO IT FOR FREE SO COULD YOU.
OK I SAID 2 BUT JUST REMEMBERED A 3RD.
CHRIS COMES TO ME N SAYS YEAH YOU NEED TWO FILTERS 35 N 55ISH. I JUST LAUGHED AND SAID NO THANKS CZ I DIDNT JUST FALL OFF A TURNIP TRUCK AND AT MY AGE IVE BEEN AROUND THE BLOCK A FEW OR TWENTY TIMES. IT REALLY IS INSULTING.
ADDED TO THE INSULT OF THE VISIT 2 TIMES AGO.
I COME TO YOUR PLACE OUT OF CONVENIENCE.
AGAIN TO BE COMPLETELY FAIR THE PRICE AND THE TIME FACTOR FOR 5HE OUL CHANGE ARE WELL DONE.
JUST ONE MORE THING: THIS IS NOT SPECIFIC TO YOUR LOCATION OR EVEN HONDA, BUT WHAT IS WITH EVERY SERVICE DEBT IVE EVER HAD CONTACT WITH THEY ALL HAVE THIS ATTITUDE OF THEY RE DOING ME!!! A FAVOR INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND THE ACTUAL REALITY OF THAT I/WE ARE DOING YOU THE FAVOR!!? WHICH WE ARE. I WOULD BUY LUNCH FOR ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION.
