The cashier was not helpful. Helped multiple people who walked in after me. Made the whole experience terrible. I would rather drive out of my way than go back.

Ok I have to clarify. Didnt know how to talk about the time before last.
1st yesterday was good, almost great except I do have to take alot of points off for 1. length of wait to change a battery! I think it was 90minutes maybe maybe two hours. It felt like two hours cz of that horrendous waiting room under construction. I shouldn't have to suffer cz ur redoing ur place. Ac was bad,vending machine stole $2 from me and right after that then THEN! they come in with the cart of free snacks. I'm sitting there and some pos slob sits next to me opens a package a peanuts and crunches on them like hes the only person in the room. the redneck trailer trash ignoramus sitting on the other side of me is having a phone conversation so loud that it didnt matter how hard or loud the construction crew was pounding their hammers or using their power tools. I didnt miss a syllable of her idiotic(due to the inbreeding) conversation.
I was happy about the battery replacement for no charge but also did not last long after finding out that the warrant for the new battery was only for another 10k milesish. ITS A NEW BATTERY! NOT to mention I have to take time out of my day more than a half day when including the fact I had to call triple A to come start my car due to fact honda puts poshit batteries in these cars which caused the whole fiasco if a day TO BEGIN WITH!!!.
AND THIS WAS THE SUPPOSEDLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA?!!!
THE TIME BEFORE LAST WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I'll save that story for when you call or email me. Which 8m pretty sure you wont.
Let's just say for now that on top of the fact no effort was made to remedy my situation or provide me with possible other options I can try or pursue. The repair writer service person or contact person as WELL AS HIS MANAGER WERE COMPLETE ASSHOLES.
