Everything went well until I noticed a scratch at the edge of the drivers side back door after I left the dealership. I take great care of where I park my truck to avoid scratches and door dings. Hopefully I will be able to polish this scratch out.

We are a little disappointed in the service aspect of things. We had been told differently over the phone about what services would be covered on this maintenance day, and with living over 180 miles round trip away, we had set this day aside to do the appropriate maintenance. With that, it wasn’t about the money, but more so the lack of customer service and us as purchasers not understanding what the service department was saying, but also them not willing to clarify in a respectful manner. We’re also disappointed in our warranty for rock chips. We had a very below average rock chip with only an explanation that it could not be repaired.
