I did not deal with Levi Driessen regarding my purchase of the Toyota Tacoma SR5. I had only dealt with Ryan Reed. My experience with Ryan was top notch. He was knowledgeable and was always willing to help me out with the new technology of cars. I would work with him again and I am going to recommend him to my friends who might be in the market for a new car.

The next day my car was leaking oil after oil change. Very dangerous situation. Was told gasket was leaky but know that technician messed up because never leaked before. Luckily we noticed the leak or could have led to car engine seizing. The service department fixed it right away but still sure was technician’s fault

My only complaint was a little better communication as it got later in the day because I had plans both that day and the next, and my car wasn’t ready which I had respect but again a little better and earlier communication about all of that would’ve been much appreciated thank you very much and I’m looking at new Corolla’s for my next vehicle????

Friendly people, and a lady working in the service department there was very patient and helpful with a problem we were having. My wife was hearing a whining noise coming from somewhere when the engine was running that I couldn’t hear. That employee was able to immediately identify and correct the issue.
