After watching 3 hours to have a diagnostic I left. A hour later I received a text with the results that didn’t address the problem I brought my Tucson in for. I left my vehicle overnight and when I picked it up I was told the mechanic recommended the radio be replaced. I said I wanted a second opinion took my SUV. When I got home I removed the Multimedia SIM Card as I had done before reinserted it when to setting the radio buffered for about 60 seconds and reverted to factory settings and sound was restored and has been working perfectly. I don’t know why but it did and I saved $948 the cost of a replacement radio. This was not a good experience and I don’t think I would trust Lee Hyundai do ever work on my Tucson.

It would be great if the vehicle’s controls could be left as they were when I dropped it off, so I don’t have to readjust the interior and exterior lights when I pick it up.
I also noticed a few grease marks on the door handle that took some effort to clean, so a little extra care there would be appreciated.

Marcos was wonderful! He was truly accommodating. However, it took close to 6 hours to get the recalls solved and I was not able to attend to several things I needed to do elsewhere. And that cost me money. That’s all I have to say. Just know that Marcos did his best and that helped smooth things over.
