The oil pan cover was not secured properly. The cover requires two screws; it only had one. Had to return to get properly secured. Other than that, everything else went well.

Since buying my car, each time I’ve brought it in in the past everything was completed neatly and I was always given a car wash. I was not offered one this time and when I was told my car was ready, it didn’t seem as though the inside had been inspected after the techs worked on it because there were grease marks and finger prints all over. After seeing this I went back in and pointed it out to some one else working there and they took it back to get detailed. It just wasn’t the smoothest visit today and I have had friendlier representatives in the past.
