Originally, my service advisor was very dismissive and passive aggressive. When I had made the issue aware that my appointment was put off for 6 hours the parts/service manager was very helpful getting me a loaner and communicating with me until my service was complete.

I had appt for oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours without anyone giving update on time frame. I declined the complimentary wash on my arrival due to the weather. After 3 hour wait a tip off of half tank of gas would have been nice. Never should 3 hours be needed with appt for oil change when walk in for oil change came in and they were told 2 hours wait to get same service. It took me a month to get my appt and mileage increase to 8000 miles for 1st oil change

My issue was not with Kelly but overall my experience with this service when I was just there less than 60 days ago says that they either are not experienced or just want your money! Again Kelly was not at fault but someone dropped the ball and in the last 60 days I have spent over 2500 dollars!
