I was not completely satisfied. Far from it. I was told I was paying up front for repairs (approximately $1100), then told I had to pay an additional $713 upon pickup for labor. My mistake for not reading the fine print.
However, the numbers don’t add up. I inquired with Ben what the labor rates were ($199 per hour). I had an alert on my Genesis App that they were setting the alarm off looking for it in the lot at 8:30 and I had a text it was done at 10:40. Ben said the estimate was 3.4 hours even though the actual labor was 2 hours maximum.
$1800 to have a window and some trim replaced.
I’m on car #2 with you and my wife is just starting to look at replacing her MB SUV and really likes the GV70. The next vehicles won’t be with Suntrup.
