Kayley, should not be in a customer service position period. She is rude, condescending. My first interaction with her is when you first started taking appointments only. I explained that I had always just drive in get my oil changed. she informed me that day there is s new sheriff in town.
That day I took my car yo another dealer for an oil change. I had been a Suntrup customer for years. I have purchased a 2025 Tucson earlier this year. This was my second oil change today. Here comes Kayley to my car I informed her I was here for an oil change she is very unprofessional. Do you have an appointment , yes I do it is for 7 am there were no other cars in the service bay. I did not get out if there until 9 am and had my paper work up for a little bit because I knew who did my oil changed and he handed her the paper work at 8:15. About 8:45 she said they were washing my car it would be ready in a few minutes. The dress code needs to looked at slso, the service guys have yo wear uniforms why wouldn’t she if she is going to be a customer service representative. Biker shorts and t shirt is not appropriate for work. If she tries to help me again I will ask for another customer service representative.

Austin was incredibly helpful today. I scheduled both of my cars for today - one in the morning and one right after lunch. I assumed the one scheduled in the morning would be ready by lunchtime so I could easily swap out the cars, but that was not the case. Austin, realizing I was at the dealership with no car to get me back home, expedited my second car’s oil change so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was in and out in no time. I really appreciated his help.
