It took 2 hours for an oil change that should have taken an hour and $100 is crazy for an oil change. I can go somewhere else that’s far quicker and cheaper and will be doing so in the future

Alex Rogal did a great job advocating between the dealership, the customer, and the warranty company. Alex did a great job utilizing his fellow colleagues (Tim) to help with outlining a strategy for the best outcome (new engine). Alex was able to also get the catalitic converter repair covered when it was determined the burning oil that caused the engine failure also caused the catalytic converter failure. Great job Alex.
