I had an excellent experience at the Kia service center when I came in for my recent oil change. Geo, the service representative who helped me, provided truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. There were staff who have previously helped me (Erik and Flako) who also went out of their way to acknowledge and come to greet me. Their staff truly just made me feel welcomed and remembered and valued!. :)
Geo made the entire process smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining everything and making sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the visit a great experience!
It’s rare to find service that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer, and Geo absolutely delivered. I appreciate the great service and will definitely keep coming back for all my Cadenzas service needs!
