Appointment and service time was great as promised. The only issue I had was upon getting home from my appointment. I was looking over my paperwork and noticed that even though I declined a two separate occasions to recommended services., when reviewing my bill I was charged $10.27 for an item called windshield wash fluid. Which I had declined when was asked twice about today for recommendations if I would like to purchase. So that’s why I gave the “no” not completely satisfied with my appt. Determined other than that customer service is great. The time was great. Got my oil changed done.
