Every time I come in for service, there is zero communication/updates about my vehicle. I had problems with parts coming loose 2 weeks after a service, and had to bring it back multiple times to get it resolved. I’ve requested to talk with the manager multiple times and get told that they are busy everytime. I have yet to talk to them. I am so disappointed with the service I receive with how expensive it is. Flacco has been the best service person I’ve worked with so far but his communication is terrible. I suspect my car had been in an accident with the previous owner and not reported to car fax, yet it was sold to be from this dealer as certified pre owned. The front grill/hood is off and nothing is being done about it.This should never pass any inspection that is supposedly done after every service. I will be getting a new car so I don’t have to deal with his headache anymore. I do not recommend and will never own a Kia ever again based on the last 2.5 years I’ve dealt with this BS

Mrs Gamez , was such a great customer service expert for the Kia service dept in Clovis, her attitude and attention to detail was professional and expertise top notch. She made sure all my car issues were covered and taken care of. I was also in meetings on my phone while waiting for my car to be finished and when I came out she was actually on her way to find me to get me on my way for the day. That’s great attention to detail of customer service. Keep up the great work.

While the car appears to be working without any issues at this time. I shouldn't have had to bring it back, nor so I have had to complain about the issue for over a year and not have it addressed until now. I am in the field of repair work under warranty and I would have never returned to a unit this many times for the same complaint while dismalissing the complaint. I am glad the issue appears to be resolved at this time, but that doesn't change the timeline of events.
That being said, I will still use Future Kia over any other dealership in my area for my car.

I was told I needed to pay $1200 for my 60,000 mile service. I had that done the last time I was in and your service rider said I did not try to charge me for it again. After several minutes of arguing, she said the new system does not show it, then found it in the “old system“ and said oh yeah, you did pay for that and have it completed last time. Then my oil change was still over $300. Shady as hell.

Made appointment month ago for software update for infotainment system. dropped off for appointment. after 4 hours, Eric informs me it’s going to take longer. The tech needed to find the software and then download it. Why wasn’t this done prior to my appointment? the service person that set up my appointment was told why I was bringing the car in. that was the primary reason. i was not concerned with the recalls. which the tech took care of prior to the software issue. car showed no issues regarding recalls. very disappointed that software issue remains.

First of all, people at service desk, I give them a 10 for being very friendly,And as for my car, I only knew of the 2 recalls 1for trunk latch and sensor. To find out there was a 3rd one regarding trunk having problems with water getting into the back lights and trunk. I don't use my trunk so, I wasn't aware of water getting into the trunk or lights. I just thought it was natural moisture. I have pictures and videos of the water.That was left in the base of the trunk and photos of the moisture left inside my lights. Considering you guys are a dealership, I would think Kia would have been responsible. For those repair caused by the recalls. I would like to come in and deal directly with the Manger of this department.

The service performed on my vehicle was great, however I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and I had not gotten any updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call around 2:45pm to see what was going on and if it was going to be completed by 5pm.
