My multiple interactions with Brianna and many other team members over the course of almost two months of trying to get my 4Runner repaired were adequate. We have had our car in now 4 times since November and still do not have the CarPlay issue resolved which, by the way, was working until the technician worked on it in December. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I find it hard to believe that ours is an isolated incident with Entune being discontinued and the Infotainment system not being updated to allow CarPlay to function properly.
