Last time I was in back in December 2025 I was told my brakes were good and at 8mm. I've driven 1,500 miles. Somehow they went from that to bad 2-4mm. My tpms alarm was never on before. Now all of a sudden somehow it was bad after getting new tires.

I received my oil change as expected.
While waiting I ask a salesman to provide a trade in value on my 2019. Limited Highlander, as I was considering a new Grand Highlander. We discussed a few things and he pulled my information up. But I’ve not received any trade in value. ??
