Everything was taken care of and the manager of the shop was super great with all his help and the tech was able to pinpoint the issue and with his recommendation our vehicle was fixed ASAP. Thankyou.

When I picked up my 2020 RAV4 you told me to take it to a body shop because the trunk(hatch)hinges is riveted—It’s NOT.my 79 year old dad(retired bodyman)fixed it in 10 minutes the hinges IS NOT riveted it was BOLTED. Toyota has had an issue with the hatch hinges since 2014 thru 2021. Why wasn’t I given the upgrade part(hinges).

Very disappointed. On my 10000 mile check up they got a bad reading on my battery. I came in again because they had to run a certain test. They said at that time they would see if it’s okay after my next appointment. When I was checking out they wanted to charge me. I told her I would not. She said her is your copy and turned C around and walked out. She didn’t go over the work they did on my car. Not anything like my other visits.

I had picked out my tires and made my appointment at least 3 weeks prior to my appointment date.We dropped the truck off on Sunday night so it would be ready for Monday morning. I got a call Monday morning saying that the tires I picked out we're not by three get one free and that they did not have the tires I wanted there. Thus it would take another day to get the truck completed. It is not a big deal but I had the same issue when I got my brakes repaired on the same vehicle a month prior to putting the tires on. You can do better on your scheduling.
