Brianna was pleasant. Have no problems getting vehicle in for oil/tire rotation. Anything else, you have to wait for a month or Toyota suggests taking your vehicle to Wausau for quicker service.

The problem was not fixed the way it was described. Looks like it was touched up with a finger nail brush and not buffed out to make smooth. Then what looks like a piece of scotch tape placed over it not even clear. Air bubbles under the tape will still allow moisture and probably further damage the body of the truck

I had an appt for Oct 17. I arrived on time but was told the tech was running close to 2 hrs behind. I couldn’t wait because I had a 3+ hr drive ahead of me with a dinner commitment. So, I was rescheduled to today. I was informed I need new brakes and tires. Pam told me there was a current sale on but ended today so I was not able to purchase tires on the deal. She told me it was a great deal and they were so busy. Thanks, just what I wanted to hear! I asked her if it was possible to still purchase the tires since I would have purchased them earlier in the month had my appt occurred. She said no and there was nothing that could be done about it since the tires are gone nationwide and can’t even order tires. So, I am disappointed and will look elsewhere for tires.

She was nice. Didn’t have much contact with her. She checked us in and then let us know by text our vehicle was done. Payed the bill by credit card and we left. I did ask if I needed to get the lug nuts tightened after 50 miles and she said no that they( Toyota) doesn’t do that. When we got to the car we went to the car wash and then stopped for lunch in Steven’s Point we looked at the tires, they were full of white grease and the rims were also. That was disappointing. Five more minutes to clean off the grease would’ve been appreciated.
