Adrian Todd was ok but your process needs to be improved. For ex I arrived at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment I drove up on the far left lane like I usually do. No other cars were there. I waited a few minutes, noticed 2 cars driving rolling in on the far right lanes and they were taken cared of first. I waited over 10 minutes before someone came to me. I was told the car would be there a few hours, was offered a loaner only to find out that my insurance company was not on your list. I was offered an Uber went to my son’s home who lived in Tamarrac. It was 2:45 pm when I called to find out the status of my vehicle. First I could not get a hold of Adrian. Kept calling until I reached him evidently he had taken his lunch break. He arranged for an Uber back to Lexus, car was not ready n I went to your lounge. Meanwhile someone called me n invited me to see some of the newer models in case I was interested in a new car. Was told he would be at the lounge n I never saw him. No one was there. I left Lexus at 3:15. Since the moment I checked in I requested help from your tech person I went from an android to an apple n not able to sync it. When I finished paying my bill Adrian accompanied me to my car n said a tech would come to me. I waited 10-15 more minutes n left. In essence I was there from 8:45 to 3:30. Awful. I had no updates on my vehicle unless I asked.

I had the opportunity to ask questions about the lexus 2022 gx460 and a large option of choices working on my wife choice on colors red interior and white exterior with reasonable low miles your salesperson was really nice and very patient nice service also visited your service shop outstanding and fast service look now for a newer car undecided also had an appraisal on my car to trade it in the appraisal was OK

Visit was efficient and Ryan was very helpful. Only suggestion is more places to sit in waiting room as I had to stand for awhile.
