Matt was very professional and pleasant on the phone. He sent a guy named tim.Because I thought there was a technical issue with the car and it ended up being a problem with the phone. Tim was great as well and very nice.

Service was great. My only complaint is the dealership should provide snacks
in the service waiting area. This low cost addition would make the 1–2 hours of waiting will more pleasant. Two other Lexus dealers that I’ve used have this. For your dealership this is a glaring omission.
