Leo and the supervisor of the mechanics were great. But, I do have the problem of nobody being able to pin point my problem.
I would have felt better if they were able to say they found the reason for my steering wheel jerking occasionally.
On my way home , I didn’t experience the problem and, at least, felt comfortable with that.
Maybe, something was inadvertently done during the inspection of the car, stopped the problem from reoccurring.
I left and told both of them that I would test ride the car on my way home and report my findings.
Happily, the problem didn’t reoccur and that was good news.

I brought my car to JM Lexus for service. I have the extended service warranty I purchased when I bought the Lexus. The technician determined that I need front ball joints that are covered under your agreement. I was told that the service cannot fix it today and that I must wait 30 days. I never had to wait for a repair covered under a service plan. I had multiple Lexuses and BMWs, which were fixed at the time of the appointment. The staff was courteous, but I was in awe of this policy.
