I was under the impression that I get 2 oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday I had the first service which was an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the second service would only be tire rotation . Also the car was not washed even though I was told it would be washed.

Delilah was great, very pleasant, explained everything clearly and followed up. My disappointment, and this has happened to me before at JM Lexus, is that I was told upon arrival at 1:30 pm that my car should be ready in an hour. My car was ready at 3:45, significantly longer time than expected. I’ve given the same feedback previously, but the timing issue happened again.
