I brought in my car for an 18 month checkup. At the time we were having a problem with all of the alerts going off frequently when driving, which I explained to the service advisor Austin. I’ve dealt with Austin in the past and he typically attempts to discounts your concerns entirely, making numerous excuses as to what could be going, pretty much like I’m just a old man worrying over nothing. I don’t know whose bright idea it was but it ended up that all alerts have now been turned off. My problem is worse now as my whole reason that I purchased the car was for safety, which I no longer have. This is not my first dealing with Austin. He seems to think that the best way to deal with things is not the right way but just real quick and get you out the door whether the issue is fixed or not.

Matthew was very polite and got back to me on Saturday once my vehicle had been examined. As a reminder, I switched to Ken Ganley solely because you hired Dan Maloy, and I referred a new customer to you last fall -- Jeff Lee -- because of Dan's customer management record. He is superior regarding customer service and providing detailed information and answers to my questions. A separate note...I found it odd that Ken Ganley offers customers a germ-killing hand sanitizer at your cashier's desk that was made in Canada, as opposed to Akron-made Purell by GoJo Industries. I do not know anyone at GoJo, so I have no "skin in the game" except local loyalty. However, your store's photographic mural promotes and features sites in Akron. I would think you would buy locally conceived Purell for your hand sanitizer?
