The last time I took my vehicle to have maintenance on it, they claimed to have rotated my tires but I have a broken hubcap and one that’s missing l, those two were in the same spot as before I had the maintenance done, they claimed to have moved the hubcaps. So I marked my tires this time, and after the service my tires were in fact not moved again. So who knows what else the service team is not doing when they claim to be and charging for.
