Lisa Reedy was awesome - friendly, professional and responsive to questions. Whoever serviced the vehicle was not very detail oriented. The glove box was left open and off the hinges. Someone had to come out to re-seat the glove box door so it would close.

I took an hour’s vacation time for a scheduled a 3,pm service of our RAV4 on a Tuesday and arrived on time. By 420, the work hadn’t started; the guy who checked us in, name of Aaron, I believe, had ample time to periodically check in w the mechanic regarding the status (oil change and tire rotation that takes possibly 20 minutes at Valvoline). It apparently didn’t happen as the mechanic became sick. Aaron did have plenty of time to chat up the young blond waiting for her car. Best vacation spots, travel deals, the fact she’s pretty, in his eyes, his next car - a Tesla- etc. Bottom line, I had to get home to attend to a work appointment and the next morning my wife had to drive back to get the work done, causing a delay in us starting the drive for our vacation. Nothing like that happened to us in the 10+ years we serviced vehicles at Pruitt, then Great Lakes Honda. We like the car. Staff this morning were accommodating and apologetic. We really hope that’s the last incident line that but definitely thinking about “first impressions, lasting impressions”.

When I scheduled my appointment on Friday at 12:17 pm I was quoted $180 for the programming. I was told that without the proper scanner the brake bleed could not be done. When I dropped my car I was asked if I was quoted. I told them yes, $180. The service tech wrote it up as $189.95. Maybe I misunderstood the extra $9.00 but I was definitely not told the 95 cents. Two hours after dropping my car I was contacted by your tech and told “I don’t know who quoted you that price but it’s going to be $360.” I’m 30 miles away and I need my car tomorrow so I have no choice but to agree. I feel I have been extorted. This has been a great car and has taken me 240,000 miles. I would like to buy a new one but this has left me feeling hesitant about your dealership.
