There was grease on my steering wheel and carpet. I know it is an older vehicle but they should have used a paper matt and wiped the grease from steering wheel. I had to clean and am glad I didn't get it on my clothes.

Grissom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram always provides excellent customer service. Our issue is not with the politeness of staff, or having to pay for new tires. We feel that the service department technicians need to be better educated on doing their routine maintenance checklists. When my wife goes in for oil changes, they should have been recommending a tire alignment for safety to help until we purchased new tires. All 4 tires were severely worn towards the inside of the tire tread. This excessive wear was not seen by us, because the exterior tread look deep significantly deeper. My wife ended up having a blow out on the front drivers tire. She could have been in a bad accident on highway 69 in Fort Wayne because of this lack of care, and this is why we are upset. I had to go to an oil change shop in Fort Wayne to get the spare put on. When they even pointed out the issue with misalignment causing this to happen. Like I stated, this is an abnormal experience with grissom, but as a Chrysler engineer we need to maintain good service to keep customers.

I said when I bought the jeep there was a problem with the alignment and wheel bearing in driver side.
Now I have a quote for tires, alignment with no resolution for what is causing the tires to cup, cant just be an alignment. We bought 2 used jeeps within 4 months and this is not the type of customer service that is acceptable. I feel like my concerns are not addressed, another technician from another plac le confirmed thr wheel bearing was making noise on driver side. As for now I do not want to use your technicians. I was required to put gas back in thr loaner car but my car was driven 20 miles? That seems like a lot for a test drive to hear a noise especially considering you are located by a hiway and able to hit high speeds quick but my fuel was not replaced. I would just sume go to someone I know I cant trust and will listen.
Why does it require 2 people for a test drive? I now assume my car was used for 2 people to get lunch or just have a break away. Was the technician really paying attention to my car?
