I am very pleased, although disappointed that my tires did not last longer, but that was all explained to me. Eric was great working with.. it seems a Honda has a great team working together to satisfy customers. Eric was very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I could keep my appointment for the day. This is the first Honda I’ve ever had and I’m happy I made the choice of ownership. The service department is excellent. Being a business woman for many years it’s important to have someone like Eric be the face of Honda service department.
