Keith was great. The dealership was very inviting and definitely service-oriented. The only thing missing was NY-styled bagels ???? with cream cheese. Seriously,though, I felt like I was in good hands.

I had an appointment for a simple oil and filter change. After waiting with my three children for an hour, my associate Kayla told me we were almost done and left for her lunch break. Forty-five minutes later, I had to go in search of another representative to ask for an ETA for getting my vehicle back since my son had a class for school to get to soon. After another brief wait, a third associate came to check me out. When given my bill, I questioned why there was a tire rotation, since I specially told Kayla I did NOT need a rotation since we just purchased four new tires. Donny assured me that I would not be charged. There is a $22 charge on my bill!!! Then when he walked us to our vehicle, my son discovered a large spill of foul-smelling brown goop on the passenger front seat. I walked back in the service area to ask for some cleaning wipes…the female associate I spoke walked slowly across the garage, spoke to a fellow employee who rolled his eyes and they both disappeared into the parts department. I waited for her to return. When she came out empty handed I called out that we had to leave. My children and I had to clean our own car seat with baby wipes and hand sanitizer to get rid of the smell for the rest of the day.

Mariah was awesome. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. You should pay her more.

I received notice i needed w a grant work and the parts were in. I made an appointment and when I got to it the parts were not there. I might not ever come back.

1. Check in wait time very poor. 2. Work took more than twice as long as I was told. 3. Condition interior of car was left including position of seats.

Caleb did an outstanding job today, Saturday, August 16,2025. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The video was very impressive ????. It made a difference of seeing the recommendations instead of telling me. My filters were dirty and by just seeing them I had them replaced. Thank you Caleb for being so kind.

Noah Wilson, did a great job assisting me and explaining everything to me. He was very helpful today And i appreciate him so much for making my experience there great. It’s didn’t take long for them to assist my car so we were in and out this afternoon. Once again big shout out to Noah Wilson he was the best today, i left a very satisfied customer.
