Cory was great to work with. Not being a mechanic I don’t know how installing a sway bar corrected the problems identified by others but the rattling in the front end has abated and my wife feels safe driving the car. If the noise returns I feel comfortable knowing Cory will want to know.

A few weeks ago I spent over $4,000 after having my car towed to the dealership. Then earlier this week, my wife, who was at work, went out to start her car and she couldn’t. We had it towed again to you guys. I was then told we need a $380 battery. When I had the work done a few weeks ago I was told that the battery was fine. I asked if they would consider a discount on the battery and offered me a nominal 10% off that I accepted. All in all, I wish the root cause was completely addressed a few weeks ago. Thank you. This Honda dealership has some serious internal issues, they lack organization and control over their ordered parts, information from previous services is always missing, hours and hours of waiting, poor customer service overall. The technical problems of the cars haven’t been solved yet, it’s been a year and every time they say they don’t have the parts to fix or repair what’s needed. After visiting the unit for the 5th or 6th time in the last year and always having to explain all my complains again to different technician,, today I decided to escalate the situation to the branch manager. I will never buy a Honda again or have my car served at this unit. Instead of listening to the client, they argue and try to prove your are wrong or lying, is very disrespectful.

Josh and Noah were great, but your process for greeting customers is not. I’ve written before about this problem. You pull your car in. You see multiple Service advisors behind the counter, and then NOTHING happens until you flag one of them down. If you ever wondered what it would feel like to be invisible, pull your car into Fred Anderson and stand by your car. You’ll fun out! Call me and we’ll discuss.
