I was told the front brakes were a 2 as I checked out. I didn’t think that was right and explained how that wasn’t possible. When I left and logged into the multi inspection sheet, it shows the front brakes were a 4. This caused me lots of stress and time and energy trying to explain my situation. It really scares me and causes lots of distrust.

I had scheduled the day for the recall repair. I arrived just to be told that no parts for the recall were available. I did not receive a courtesy phone call informing me that the part was not available and was out of stock. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and it wasn't finished until 3:30.
