I called back to ask some questions about the service and was told Joshua was with a customer and would call me back to please look out for his call. Today is Christmas and no one returned my call. When scheduling the appointment my husband was told it would be take several hours. We have always taken your shuttle home in those cases. My husband was belted in the shuttle and was informed you don’t shuttle to Fountain Inn? He took our truck in at 8 am, after his chemo treatment. I was pretty upset. ????

Mariah was very good at explaining what the service department found and did. She was kind, courteous, and professional. I felt cared for. I was pleased with my experience. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and contained amenities such as courtesy beverages and boxes of tissues. Mariah kept me apprised of progress on my car which I appreciated.

Theo was very attentive to my service, including phone calls and texts to insure that I remained informed about the progress on my car’s service. I had concerns about the work on a technical level that was occurring; however, Theo was able to interpret and explain what was going on with my car. I appreciated that extra effort.

Mariah is a great service representative! She made right what the technician had wronged. We paid for oil change and tire balance rotation and upon returning home realized they had not rotated our tires at all. Even though they wrote letters on there to appear they had. My front rim has a scuff and that’s how we knew. When I called to talk to the manager and left a message, she called me and was very apologetic and professional. She told me she would issue a refund and had set me up to have them rotated in Easley. We had to drive and hour there and back yesterday to receive these services and could not just come back up there. I really appreciate her trying to make it right!

I had an appointment at 10am. At 10:24am I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours. I approached the service tech approximately 12:45pm and was told my car was in the bay. At 1:45pm I again approached the service tech for an update. He indicated it would be another hour. The car was finally ready at 2:15pm. I had to cancel plans with a family member. I had nothing to eat. If I had been properly and proactively informed that there was a delay in beginning the services, I could have made different decisions such as not adding more services to my original oil change, getting the shuttle home, or rescheduling the appointment. Also, the price due was over $100 more than the quote. While I understand I agreed to an estimate, $100 is a significant difference. I do appreciate the decrease in the final bill as I only budgeted a certain amount for my car today. I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication today and the significant delay. I’m hesitant to return to the dealership. Things have changed and not in a good way.

Alejandro was wonderful and by far my favorite employee of Fred Anderson Honda! He was sufficient and helpful from the time I entered the building. He made sure my maintenance was done in a timely manner and didn’t nag me about other purchases. Highly recommend this location specifically to see Alejandro!
