I brought my car in at 10:30am. I was not told anything until 4:30 pm. After I made several tries at knowing how much longer it would take I was only told it would be longer. I finally went to the desk of AJ and was told they had been slammed all day. I had also mentioned I was going to get some food at one point and when I returned I was told I had lost my place since I left. I only had an oil change and a diagnostic done today. I realize this is not how you want to run your service department but it was today????

Alejandro has always provided great customer service and support. as an example I did not have to call back and arrange for the shuttle to come pick me up. Went in for a recall service. Was told it would be done in 3 hours. They then said they needed another 3-4 hours, so we left with the vehicle and it has not been repaired. Very very disappointing and frustrating. We live 45 minutes away and wasted half a day for nothing.
