A piece from my ignition area was taken out and not put back. It was stated that the recall for my car was fixed (Tire Rod) when I picked it up on the 28th of July 2025 and it is indeed not fixed. I still hear the same noise coming from the tire rod when I turn left or right.

We made an appointment for 10:00 am for oil change/tire rotation. Expected an hour to and hour and half…took two and a half hours. When we got home, service called to tell me we had a nail in the front passenger side tire. Quoted a price to fix it. Instead went to a local tire shop…there was no nail. It was a rock stuck in the tread. If I had been told when we were still at the service department I probably would have agreed to the repair. Makes me wonder…
Question for. Is the easy care maintenance prepayment transferable to another dealership? Just wondering.

The car needed an oil change and that was done, however the car wash was not done, as requested, and I had to ask that it be done. The attendant who washed the car did NOT wash the car to my satisfaction. She had an attitude when she returned the car, walked away unresponsive and refused to answer another attendant who called her name about the car wash. Perhaps something was bothering her, I can’t say, but to act and behave and be discourteous is not a good thing for your business.

You guys are great, service provided was excellent. My only issue is the cost of my service today to my Nissan Maxima Platinum. You installed a new battery, oil change, transmission fluid change, tire alignment and service to our air conditioner with a military discount for over $1400. That’s just too much. I would have expected to pay $850 for that service. I like the brand, your dealership and your service - all very good. At the end of the day - I’m left looking for a less expensive vehicle and dealership to operate. I may try Toyota.
