I was told that the part for my vehicle wouldn't be in until the next day and when I called back to tell them not to work on my vehicle she lie and told me that the tech had started working and the part will be in the next day then she transferred me to Micheal the manager and he threatened me saying that he can put the old part back on and I will still have to pay them.

Waited too long for an oil change and coolant flush. I had an appointment. Car was left in the area but I wasn’t notified that it was ready. Apparently the lady went to lunch. I asked another person for my car. Very bad customer service

Pulled into the service department and wasn't addressed for minutes! I thought maybe I had to go inside and check in or something?! Advisors talked more amongst themselves than to the customer! No feedback from the advisor, and I had to go ask if my car was ready, which it was, but for how long if I had not asked! I received no information about whether there were issues, how the filters were, etc. At least after I paid, I got a printout of an issue with my battery being low on charge! I guess they are getting paid to socialize but not talk or correspond with the paying customer! I will drive the extra miles to Fernandina Rd. At least they valued their courtesy and professionalism!!!

My car sat there 4 days . The tow truck dropped it off on Saturday at 2:30. I spoke with the mechanic expert the same day and she wrote down my information. She called me Monday and said my car would be looked at first thing in the morning. I arrived Monday around 1pm and my car wasn’t even checked in. While I waited I received a text saying my car was checked in with a diagnostic fee of $220. I left and went home. The next day I came back and my car still hadn’t been worked on. When I arrived they sent me a text with the results of the diagnosis test. Come to find out my car battery was dead. I sat in the lobby for about a hour waiting. Something to told me to get up and check on my car. My car was inside the departure line just sitting there. I walked up to the customer service lady and asked her if my car was ready and she said yes. I didn’t receive no text alert or communication that my car was ready to be checked out. The lady gave me my documents and walked me to the cashier to pay. She never talked to me about the details of my car. When I checked out the amount listed on the text alert I received was different. I feel I was overly priced for just needing a new battery. I asked the man if he could show me a variety of batteries available so I could evaluate the most affordable one in my budget. He come back with the actual battery and said that one was the only one available. I meant for him to show me prices online. The cost of the diagnostics fee is ridiculous when a machine is doing the work not a real person looking under the hood and the battery was over priced. It’s like the mechanic found the most expensive battery available. I end up paying $600 for diagnostics fee and new battery. I feel I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman and I didn’t have a man with me.

Service advisor requested part from your sister store & I was told 2 come back at 2pm. I came back early & part was already there. No one called to inform me of that fact. Also when I arrived early, I was told that I needed 2 wait until my service provider was back from lunch. That was ridiculous. Another service provider took my information and found out the part was indeed back but said "I will b right back with u &there scrambling n was the original service advisor.
