I was tricked in the service I received today- I should say the lady that checked me in DID NOT EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE IN THE SERVICE
I RECEIVED TODAY- Ms. Katrina wasn’t the problem- the lady who checked me in was. Because she didn’t bother to explain or tell me about the difference between standard & the highest oil change- I thought I was getting my regular oil changed. But instead I spent my gas money I need for the rest of the month- putting me in a very hard bind- SO NO, I am not SATISFIED AT ALL WHATSOEVER!!!!!
