I paid around $1900 for my car repairs
One which being a new battery.
The service advisors called me and said that my brake lights keeps staying on so Nissan charged me another $220 if I’m not mistaken to find out what’s going on. Found a brake switch of some sort they had to replace. Don’t know if they double check but after paying for my repairs I go to my car and it won’t start up. Battery completely dead. So I’m thinking this is a professional shop and I feel very dumb going to my car and it’s dead. So I go back inside and I can tell no one wants to deal with it. A guy in the office said just charge up the battery.
Sir my battery is brand new why would we need to charge it.
Go home and my brake lights will not go off.
I had to disconnect the negative terminal so it won’t die.
Customer service was poor and everyone looks like they ready to go home. The service manager is the best guy there but he was not there at this time.
Give that man a raise, cause without him customer service is very fake. You can tell it’s not genuine, fake smiles unless you buying a car.
I will be back for this to be corrected
